Raul Gonzalez

Raul Gonzalez, 50, former area resident, currently of Gainesville, Fla., died June 6, 2022, in Gainesville.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, at St. Gabriel’s Parish in Berrien Springs. Burial will follow at Shanghai Cemetery in Eau Claire. Friends are invited to visit from 7-8 p.m. Monday, June 13, at Bowerman Funeral Home, Eau Claire, and to share messages and memories at www.bowermanfuneral.com.

Raul was born June 26, 1971, in Berrien Center, the son of Victor G. and Erlinda (Zepeda) Gonzalez Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Erlinda Gonzalez; his wife, Joan (Kelley) Gonzalez; two sons, Alfonso Victor and Francisco Roman Gonzalez; four brothers; five sisters; two aunts; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Raul was preceded in death by his father, Victor Gonzalez Sr.
