Michael Anthony Duffy, a cherished husband, father, and skilled tradesman, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, in Stevensville, MI at Hanson Hospice Center who took excellent care of him. Born on April 13, 1938, in Wauseon, Ohio, Michael's life was marked by his loving nature, kindness, and handy skills that he generously shared with all who knew him.

Michael's journey through life was one of dedication and service. He found his calling as a Plumber and Pipe Fitter, a profession where he not only excelled but also formed lasting friendships and associations. His work was not just a job; it was a testament to his strong work ethic and his commitment to ensuring that every task he undertook was completed with precision and care.

Beyond his professional life, Michael was a man of many interests. He had a passion for tinkering on various projects, always eager to figure out how things worked and how to fix them. His love for music, particularly religious singing, was a source of joy and inspiration for him and those around him. Michael's faith was an integral part of his life, and he actively participated in revelation seminars and mission trips, touching the lives of many with his warm spirit and unwavering belief.

Michael's legacy is carried on by his four surviving children: Michael (Sheri) Duffy II, Michelle Duffy, Danny (Rebecca) Duffy, and Dale (Rhonda) Duffy. Each of them embodies the values he instilled and the love he gave unconditionally. He also welcomed three stepchildren into his life that survive, Kendra (Arnie) Truhn, Rick King, and Jimmy King. Also surviving are his two siblings Jinx (Richard) Tull and Jean (Phil) Covvy.

Michael was preceded in death by the love of his life Kay (Ashby) Duffy, his one daughter Darlene (Gene) McLaughlin.

Those who knew Michael will remember him as a man who was always ready to lend a hand, offer a kind word, and share a smile. His presence was a comfort, and his actions were a reflection of the love he had for his family and community. Michael Anthony Duffy's life was a beautiful tapestry of love, service, and faith—a life well-lived and well-loved. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
