Gloria Fay Froeber

Gloria Fay Froeber, 87, died Friday, July 8, 2022, at her home in Eau Claire.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 15, at Bowerman Funeral Home in Eau Claire, where friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Messages and memories may be shared online at www.bowermanfuneral.com.

Gloria was born December 22, 1934, in McCrory, Arkansas, the daughter of Lillard and Loma (Weaver) Wilkerson. She married Donald Leslie Froeber and was a dedicated homemaker and mother for their family. Her church membership was with Church of Christ in St. Joseph.

Survivors include three sons: Donald Randy (Sue) Froeber, Michael Froeber, and Larry (Becky) Froeber; four daughters: Kathy (Everette) Gaston, Patricia (MD) Hebner, Donna (Tom) Knight, and Shirley (Rick) Rybicki; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and five sisters: Elizabeth Roetzel, Lorene Smith, Laverne Russell, Lee Murray, and Geline Weldy.
