Donna Mae Adcock

Saturday, November 4, 2017, our family tree lost a beautiful branch when Donna Mae Durham Adcock died at her home in Eau Claire.

She was born March 20, 1932, in Ozark County, Missouri, to Welmer and Tressie Durham. In 1948 her family moved to Michigan. Donna finished high school in Eau Claire. On March 13, 1963, she married Robert E. Adcock, and they celebrated 54 years of marriage. She was employed at Benton Harbor Abstract and Title Company for several years until health forced her retirement.

Donna is survived by her husband, Robert; her brother, Harold (Freda) Durham; sisters-in-law, Betty Durham and Virginia Durham; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and many special friends, including the Ferry family (Mark Ferry always held a special place in her heart).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Welmer and Tressie Durham; and her brothers, Billy Durham and Donald Durham.

Donations in Donna’s name may be made to Caring Circle Hospice, St. Joseph. There will be a life celebration at a later date.
