Donald Edward Tennison, 63, of Berrien Center, died Monday, April 5, 2021, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, April 9, at Bowerman Funeral Home, Eau Claire, where friends may visit from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Burial will be in North Shore Memory Gardens, Coloma. Donald was born Oct. 1, 1957, in Benton Harbor, the son of Lyvern and Virginia (Deaton) Tennison. On June 2, 1979, he married Marilyn Ross in Sodus. He worked as a truck driver making local deliveries. He loved his family and enjoyed his grandchildren, and he cherished spending time with them. His special interests included camping, drag racing, and restoring old trucks.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; four daughters: Terri Tennison (Rob) of Benton Harbor, Stacy Tennison (Matt) of Eau Claire, Chrissy Leete (Chad) of Millburg, Lisa Murray (Tony) of Benton Harbor; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; four brothers: Willard (Kerry) Tennison of Benton Harbor, Doug (Triena) Tennison of Eau Claire, Eric Oliver of Texas, Jeff Oliver of Illinois; five sisters: Debbie Needham of Indianapolis, Teresa (Billy) Reynolds of Hagar Shore, Carol (Butch) Hooper, Lori (Steve) Cook, Jan McArthur all of Rockford, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
